The Partners:

Garnet received his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in 1995 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1998 both from the University of Saskatchewan.  He articled with his father, Michael Fisher at Fisher Law Office and was admitted to the bar in 1999.  He is a member of the Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc.

Garnet has an easy going manner and is a calm practical negotiator.  His areas of expertise include Real Estate Law, Estate Law, Family Law, Collaborative Family Law and Corporate Law.

Garnet's interests include hockey, golf, Roughrider football, reading and spending quality time with his family.  He has been an active member in his community including the Kinsmen, Regional Park Golf Board, coaching hockey and baseball and serving on the board of the Melville Baptist Church.

Garnet, his wife Tracy, and their 4 children reside in Melville.

Mike was admitted to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1971.  He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2004. Mike is a past President of the Law Society of Saskatchewan. He previously did Federal Prosecutions for the Department of Justice.

Mike is semi-retired and therefore now limits his areas of expertise to Real Estate Law, Estate & Will Law,  Corporate Law and Municipal Law.

Mike is an active member in his community having served as mayor and counselor for the City of Melville for a number of years. He has been a member on many boards. He still remains the Vice Chair of The Painted Hand Community Development Corporation and a hearing officer for the Residential Tenancies. He is also the chair of his church vestry.

Mike and his wife Sandra reside in Melville.
