Garnet takes great pride in assisting his clients. He enjoys working with his clients in purchasing or selling their home, farm or business or walking them through the estate planning process including preparing their wills and powers of attorneys. In the event of the passing of a loved one, Garnet compassionately supports his clients in taking the proper steps in the process of administering an estate, including applying to the Court for Letters Probate or Letters of Administration and transferring joint land to the surviving owners.  He also provides legal services in corporate matters including incorporations.

Garnet is a member of the Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc. He has an easy going manner and is a calm practical negotiator. He will advise you of your rights and obligations and provide legal guidance through the difficult time of a relationship breakdown through the Collaborative Process. Garnet's practical and family-centered approach to these situations focuses on helping his clients obtain their desired results without immediately having to rush into court.  His perspective is that Court has its place and purpose but should be the last resort when all other options have been explored.

Community and family are most important to Garnet. Over the years, he has been involved in the Kinsmen, the regional park golf board, coached hockey and baseball and served on the board of the Melville Baptist Church. In his leisure time, he plays or watches hockey, golfs, and never misses out on Roughrider football. In his down time, he loves reading and spending quality time with his family.
