Garnet Fisher has been a lawyer for 19 years. Garnet and his wife Tracy and their 4 children live in Melville.
Garnet takes great pride in assisting his clients in purchasing or selling their home, farm or business. He enjoys walking his clients through the estate planning process including preparing their wills, powers of attorneys and health care directives. He will help guide you through the difficult time of a relationship breakdown and advise you of your rights and obligations.
Garnet descibes himself as a calm and practical person with the goal of helping his clients obtain their desired results without immediately having to rush into court. Court has its place and purpose but it should be the last resort when all other options have been explored.
His interests include hockey, golf, all things to do with Roughrider football, reading and spending quality time with his family. He has been an active member in his community including Kinsmen, the regional park golf board, coaching hockey and baseball and serving on the board of the Melville Baptist Church.
Garnet works with his father Michael Fisher. Mike has been a lawyer for 45 years and lives in Melville as well. Mike is a former mayor of Melville and is an active member of the community.
